Pre-construction services

UCCL has the capability to provide pre-construction services to clients to help them deliver their dream property. Even though UCCL is a general contractor, we are often involved with clients from the conceptual stages, and provide value engineering services and solutions that will optimize a project’s design,

Civil Construction

As a general contractor, UCCL is able to complete some of the most difficult projects. We are able to execute all kinds of civil work, including roads, infrastructure, utilities, and other urban projects. Most recently, we completed the infrastructure work of the Saudi National Guard Housing project, with an estimated civil work area of over 1 million squared meters.

Structural Work

We have completed some of the best and most notable landmarks in Jeddah, and Saudi Arabia. UCCL is an expert in structural work, and have completed projects with all kinds of structural systems, from traditional cast in place, to post tensioned and pre-cast concrete structures. Our in house knowledge and expertise allows us to take on some of the toughest projects out there.

Finishing Work

We take pride in our intricate attention to details. We have the capability to complete some of the most sophisticated and bespoke projects in the region, as our track record shows. From luxurious palaces, to 5 star hotels, UCCL have completed some of the most recognizable projects, and have executed projects to some of the most important individuals, and world wide hotel brands.

Electro-Mechanical Work

In the last 8 years, and as part of our overall vision to provide services throughout an asset’s lifecycle, UCCL have developed in-house capability to execute all kinds of MEP work, that compliments the core business of civil and structural construction. As our capabilities and achievements grew, UCCL successfully launched an independent division under the UCCL umbrella, with its own ability to compete in the current market and take on external projects. Turnkey Projects

Due to our wide knowledge and experience in all aspects of construction, and with our strong project and construction management teams, UCCL delivers turnkey projects at the highest level. From the initial site handover, until the delivery of the end product, UCCL is able to manage, control, and co-ordinate with multiple contractors, and deliver our clients with turnkey projects, on time, and within budget. UCCL treats every project as their own, and every client as their partner. Due to this, most of our projects are awarded to us on a turnkey basis.

Design/Build

After many years of operation in the region, UCCL have built strong strategic and technical alliances and partnerships with some of the best and biggest companies in the design, engineering, and manufacturing sectors. With such a large network, UCCL has successfully completed several design/build projects, and its capability continues to become stronger. As the demand for design/build services increase, UCCL continues to develop its people and adopt technology, such as BIM, and other software, to strengthen this capability, to meet the needs of the market.
