Starting their careers in 1979, Tarek and Samer came to Saudi Arabia with ambition and determination. They worked with SBG and FAST, two of the largest contractors at the time. After several years of hard work and construction experience, in 1987, they began as small local contractors under the name GECATO, and in 2003, changed the name to UCCL. After almost 40 years of experience, and more than 200 successfully completed projects, Tarek and Samer Droubi have successfully built UCCL into one of the most prestigious and well respected construction companies in the Western Region, and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. UCCL also operates in other parts of the Middle East, in Lebanon and in Syria.
